Open eLMS Learning Generator Reviews

I have been using Open eLMS Tier 3 since July 2025, and overall it generates very good content. The results are easy to edit and customize and are usable.
The only area that I am not convinced about is the speech generation and the irregular changes in pitch and speaker voices when switching between slides, but especially in the created video. There are repeated croaking sounds and voices, and sometimes words are missing, usually at the beginning of a sentence. This makes the video unusable. This is not acceptable in the long run, especially since it also reduces the video quota.

A request to the support team regarding this issue remained unanswered, which is why I am now sharing my experiences directly on Appsumo. Please optimize the speech/audio technology, including for the videos to be created. Otherwise, it is a good product, and please continue with the development. The missing last star will be added as soon as the sound is clear.

It is a wonderful program. It works very well. But if you if you need a language other than English, it still performs, it works just fine. With just one issue. You can tell that it's not a native Dutch speaker, but rather an English voice speaking Dutch. And that doesn't sound good. I can't work with that commercially, can't make it work.

I contacted them, and the same day, a sprint was initiated. They handle that very well. The voice spoke much better Dutch. But it's still an English voice trying to speak Dutch. Almost perfect, but English. But as soon as abbreviations come up and the Dutch context is missing, it immediately switches back to English pronunciation. It seems like Open eLMS only wants to provide English voices. And they think they can succeed abroad with that. Unfortunately, that's not the case.
I would be happy to pay credits for installing a native Dutch voice (preferably a one-time payment).

I would love to give them five tacos, but that's not possible right now with a foreign language.

Almost perfect but not usable in Dutch makes still 2 tacos. No-one told me that i can upload my own voice, when i asked for a solution. How to upload my own voice?

I want yo buy one more code due to the fact that I just bought only one codehow can I do this ? Does it count for the code that I already paid?? Thanks in advance. Excellent product.

it takes a learning curve to be able to use it fully. I still don't think I am getting all that I could. I would like it if there were examples or tutorials of how to use it. While I love it, it could be great instead of good.
