Q: Did this software disappear?

The website doesn't work and I'm getting certificate errors on my bookmarked login page. After accepting the risks and trying to log in, after entering my password I get an error. I tried e-mailing multiple email addresses and they are all bouncing. Please let me know the status. Thank you
