OpinionX

    One-time payment. Lifetime deal.

OpinionX lets you stack rank people's priorities in minutes.

People make so many of their most important decisions without ANY data — What feature should I build next? What value proposition should I use for my next marketing campaign? What is the biggest problem facing my customers right now?

Rather than guessing, just use stack ranking :)

OpinionX is a user research tool that helps you to turn any set of statements into simple list ranked by importance. It uses an advanced data science methodology called 'probabilistic pairwise comparison' to compare and score 1,000+ statements in real-time so that you can discover what matters most to your key stakeholders.

OpinionX comes pre-loaded with a BUNCH of advanced features:

→ Segmentation, tagging, keyword search, filtering, overview metrics and exporting to .csv.
→ Add teammates as Editors or Guests by email address or with a generic shareable link.
→ Engage participants with a shareable survey link or embed your project as an iframe widget.
→ Collect new opinions from your participants and add them to your voting list mid-project.

So what are you waiting for? Start make better decisions today by stack ranking your options on OpinionX!

Hola Sumo-lings 👋 Daniel here, Co-Founder & CEO of OpinionX.

Over the last 8 years, I've had so many (mostly failed) experiences of trying to figure out whether my startup ideas were solving a burning pain or just a mild inconvenience for my target customers. I wasted sooooo much time on Zoom interviews and Typeform surveys trying to validate these ideas with little success.

We initially built OpinionX so that we could ask our target customers to stack rank a bunch of problem statements and figure out whether the problem we were focused on was important to them or not.

But after launching OpinionX in late 2020, things started to spiral out of control... Before we knew it, teams at companies like Canva, Adidas, Google, Instacart, Samsung and Uber were all using our stack ranking tool to inform REALLY important decisions like which products and features to build next.

We realized that most teams struggle to understand what their customers actually care about. So we set out to build the world's first "priority analytics" engine -- imagine Google Analytics, but instead of telling you what your users are doing, it tells you what they're thinking and feeling 💕 That's the vision for OpinionX!

    FAQs:

Q: How should I design my first stack ranking survey?

A: Check out this 2 minute video which covers all the stack ranking survey basics: https://www.opinionx.co/blog/getting-started-video

Q: How many participants do I need?

A: We recommend multiplying the number of opinions in your stack ranking list by 4 (ie. 10 opinions = 40 participants target).

Q: If I add 50 opinions, will each participant have to vote on every pair combination?

A: No! Each participant gets a sample of just 10 pairs of opinions to vote on, no matter how big your survey is. To understand how OpinionX selects and scores these pairs, check out this guide: https://www.opinionx.co/knowledge/how-many-survey-participants-do-i-need/#importance

Q: I'm not sure if I wrote my stack ranking question and sample opinions right... Can you help?

A: Of course! Almost every time someone asks this, their project is already perfectly setup :) If you need a hand with anything, just drop me an email at daniel@opinionx.co. I hope that stack ranking can help you to better understand your customers' needs and become an even more inclusive, collaborative, user-centric team (just like it has helped us 😊).
