I paid for Tier5, have nothing now.
I am just discussing with the support team about that the "drag&drop" functionality is not included in tier 1 and 2. It is available for tier 3 and above they say. BUT: in the tools backend it is clearly stated that ALL premium templates are available for tier 2. The drag&drop template is signed as premium also, so it should be available, right? I would appreciate a smart and fair decision on this. Many of us will have bought this to not use any of the (many) other templates but create their own ones. Like me. :) So again, please make the drag & drop template available. It is nowhere mentioned that it is not.
I bought Tier 3, which doesn’t include the team's menu. I contacted support, who told me that’s only for Tier 5. Nowhere in your tiers description says that the team's option is only available for Tier 5. I want to upgrade to Tier 5 to have access to the teams.
