I like the nice and easy usability, it´s so easy to navigate, the first view is really welcoming the users.

Unfortunately on this base lies an extremly limited feature-set. The premade templates are good, but there is nearly nothing to configure. Some fonts, some colors, but even that is limited. You can´t add text, you can´t change the space between text, you can´t add an image or stuff like that. You only can change the content of the existing text.

Even if the goal is to have an "easy-to-use" set of templates, there is no reason to have the customizations that much limited. And it also extends to other parts of the software. For example, you have to choose if you want to have a popup on pageload, on exit or on a trigger. I want to have the popup 30 seconds after pageload, which is no proble. But ... I ALSO want to have it on exit-intent, because it does not make any sense to wait if the user leaves. Bad luck: It´s not possible. When I turn "on exit-intent" on, the option for "on pageload" is automaticalyl turned off. You only can have one of the options active.

So this software really only works for users who have ZERO EXPECTATIONS on customization and fine-tuning. The concept would be great if there woud be MORE GREAT TEMPLATES and MORE CUSTOMIZATIONS, but in the moment it seems too limited for me.
