Everything I was looking for and more
Sadly, I have spent countless hours looking for and using different project management tools and hadn't quite committed to one until now.
I liked Trello and used that a bit but it lacks the task management features of Asana. I liked Asana but it didn't provide the editorial and Kanban review of Trello. Plus, Asana gets expensive if you aren't earning a fulltime income yet (our business).
I was excited to purchase Plutio and used that for a little bit, but eventually got tired of it as the functionality as it isn't great and is quite buggy. I had a hard time going back into it as I simply didn't enjoy using it and the time tracking was annoying. Not customizable without paying white-labeling also which was stupid.
Ora is the perfect match and in my opinion the better blend of all three tools. It maintains the simplicity and ease of use while having robust functionality. As a task manager and project organizer, it's fantastic.
The support has also been outstanding from Vasil and his team as he has already made huge improvements and changes.
I have happily used it for over a week and am so excited about the capabilities and future developments like adding a start feature which they are working on. It's beautifully simple and so much easier to stay organized than any other tool I have used. I'm much more productive and able to track the time it takes my team and I to work on tasks for better planning.
I'm looking forward to utilizing some of the other features I haven't touched yet such as the sprints.
I am finally ready to stop searching and am happily committing to this one. This is one of the best Appsumo purchases I have ever bought.
