Excellent Task Manager!

Recently switched over to a new task management tool, so I wasn't actively looking for a new project/task management tool, but I tested this because of all the positive reviews and fell in love.

The part that sold me is the Agenda. I use what started as the GTD method, but has evolved to fit my situation over the last 10 years. With all other task managers I've tried, I've always had to figure out creative workarounds to fit with my process, but Ora literally was better than any setup I've tried right out of the box. Obviously, depending on your workflow, this may not apply, but for me, the way the agenda is organized was literally perfect.

I used to use Asana and really did like it, but wanted to use templates and some of their other premium features, but couldn't justify the $50/mnth price for premium for a single user. So I moved over to ClickUp recently and although I love a lot of the features they have, I find it somewhat cumbersome and I find I actually end up spending more time customizing things than actually being productive.

I thought that Activesync was already rolled out when I saw it on the website, but then after I realized that's not built yet. That literally seems like a game-changing feature, that will surely remove a lot of barriers to entry people have and make it especially easy to migrate project managers when part of your team or a client is using another system. I can't express how excited I am for this feature

A wish list of things I'd like to see:

- I'd love to be able to drag something from the inbox list on the agenda tab to the Today tab. Though I do really like the Week Plan tab for scheduling out tasks quickly.

- The ability to rename or edit a filter's color after it's created. I know you can just create a new one and delete the old one, but it seems unnecessary.

- I find the drag and drop on the Weekly Plan screen a little clunky. You need to get it in the right spot, whereas I would expect I could drop it anywhere in the column to move it. It works fine on my desktop, but when I was using on a laptop with a smaller screen and a trackpad it was very difficult to drop it in the right spot and a lot of the time even though the other tasks would to indicate where the new task would go, when I would release it wouldn't stick.

- Some sort of shift or ctrl option key when marking the card complete to skip any in between steps and send a task right to done

- A way to convert estimated time to track time would be nice. I like to block out time-based on estimates I've given and in every app I've tried I always need to enter the actual time which is always a few steps.

Overall though, I love this app. I'm really impressed with it so far and can't wait to see where it goes. I'm not always positive an app will succeed after the LTD in acquiring real paid monthly users, but I truly believe Ora has the potential to become a very well-known app.
