In Ora I love everything about the boards and tasks and scheduling. Works great - it's simple and powerful. Way better than trello which is what my team has been using in the meantime (we've tried 5 or so other tools and we were looking for something like this). And because we were mostly looking to replace trello right now it fits very well for our needs.

No one on our team receives message notifications and messaging features are clearly still getting better. As that gets better this will be perfect for our team.

There are not a ton of integrations that are useful yet - and this is specific to me you may find what you need. If you are heavily into zapier you will likely find what you need.

With notifications on messaging being poor and integrations not having what our team would use it makes it difficult to really even link to the tasks our team is talking about in what serves as our chat room.

I'm in agreement with the other people who have said the license count vs what you are paying isn't great. If all of the messaging features worked perfectly for us then I'd have no problem with justifying the price per seat in this deal.

All that being said, check out what it does and see if it has enough for your team. With many deals it can also be difficult to know where a product is heading and ORA seems to be on a great path. Long term I have no doubt it will exceed expectations. The tools in tasks and boards really are great. if they were not way better than anything else we've tried thenI wouldn't wait around to see this platform continue to improve.
