I had tested this some time ago and I was blown away by the simplicity and power of it. Other products in this space would consist of things like Reslash (a past deal here) or even something like Gather(Town) where you are dealing with a virtual space in some way, shape or form. When I had tested this initially, it was (and still is) voice-only, however, looking at their roadmap, they are adding VIDEO - so that is something to also consider when evaluating this deal!
The overall dashboard or admin view of the back-end is a bit...minimal. I am on the fence of whether or not this is a good or bad thing. You get the sense you want more at your fingertips, but at the same time it's refreshing to not be inundated in so many settings that are largely meaningless. That being said, a lot of the admin power lies inside the galaxy where you have the ability to edit the space, drop pins, and enable audio zones.

Some things I would really like to see would be the following (mostly all related to audio zones - key feature), and some I saw are already on the roadmap:
-The ability to set owners (non-admins) of audio zones, aka one's office, so that they can treat it as an open door policy where other users can simply drop in, ask something and leave, but if necessary, the owner can also lock entrance to the zone or enable some sort of knock feature to allow others in. Would hate for Alice in accounting to drop in on the part where I'm firing Dave from dev...ENOUGH WITH THE CAT GIFS, ALICE!
-The ability to modify audio zones' shape. Right now it's a radius and while it somewhat makes sense, considering most of the add-ons are square/rectangular in shape, I would like to have an audio zone that mirrors that so it's cleaner.
-For embeds and videos, it would be nice to gate their sound behind audio zones too. Right now the audio bleeds to the entire "galaxy." It would be nice to have a video provide ambient music for the entire space, but allow Steve from service to rock out to Punk Rock in his office without disturbing others, or us disturbing him. This would allow for corridors of space where you can personalize the experience and isolate multiple sound sources.

One thing that was really cool was the ability for me to pull the link to my Viloud (previous deal) channel's player and use that as an embed source, so I can play my own custom music playlist in the galaxy. Once again, thinking about isolating sources to audio zones, wouldn't it be great to have a training video playlist, embed it in a training area, and new users can simply go in there, view the content, and be entirely isolated from the rest of the galaxy? A similar use case is the tranquility space added by default, I think a place to escape with sound exclusive to it would be the next step.

Video is going to be a massive plus, so I'm excited to see how that's implemented. Overall I think this is a great deal for a solid product so far.
