Totally hear you — and I agree, custom email domains are kind of a must-have for white-label tools like this.

The good news is we’ve recently adjusted our tiers based on feedback like yours. Custom domains for emails are now included starting from Tier 3, so you don’t need to be on the highest tier to use them anymore.

Tier 4 is now mostly for larger agencies that need more storage, clients, or advanced usage limits — not for unlocking key features.
