Q: Productized member with limits
Can you set up a setting so that you only work on 1-3 tasks at a time depending on the client mebership. The. Only see those tasks in the all tasks list.?

You can go in your plan's settings and change the "In progress task allowance".
Each plan can grant different limits, which allows to do exactly what you need (and it's a perfect to upsell)
