Needs work
- Even with my custom email domain is set up MY CLIENTS still get invited to the portal via the "getorchestra" email. This is very unprofessional for a white label service.
- Pricing only to the dollar, no option to have pricing to the cents such as $19.99
If you can help me figure this out, I will change this to five stars! Other than those problems, this software has a lot of promise!

Jun 2, 2025Hi 👋 I'm happy to help with this issue personally, Orchestra doesn't have the control over your DNS settings, if those aren't properly validated / setup, the system defaults to sending emails via our default email system.
