A: At present we do not have custom fields in an order form.

Could it be that the OrderForm.com founder forgot to renew their domain? This is a troubling situation as there is complete radio silence. There needs to be some communication.
The main issue is that the user may accidentally leave the state field as California which means we have to manually check the address to verify its accuracy each time. This adds a level of uncertainty and additional work on our part which could be easily eliminated if the state field wasn't automatically defaulted to this. Also, to make things more confusing, if the zip is not entered, there is no message to inform the user that it needs to be filled out (unlike the other fields). To address these issues, please add the necessary message to inform the user about the zip code when it's not entered. Also, instead of always defaulting to California each time, can you please just add "State" as a light gray label inside it, similar to how "City" and "Zip" are shown inside those fields? Thank you.
