Its very good for every one who has a team

It's a simple spreadsheet template but really useful and fun to play with and in accessing the team members that have stayed and left, it was quite consistent with the input

This is a good starting point and will save someone an hour from creating the basic framework. Goes without saying that you need to adapt it to your context.
