Q: Hi!
So far the product looks great, but i have a few questions:
1. Can we prompt the chatbot to define it's personality (like being from x religion, or keto, or anything that matches our brands). Alos, in my case I'm interested in Spanish, so it is important to define the type of verbs (we use formal and informal) and words (they vary from country to country ever so slightly)
2. For WhatsApp, will it be QR based? (fingers crossed that the answer is yes!)
3. If i get the full stack, can i add api key per bot and at account level? or only one of those?
4. Haven't tried the platform on mobile, but does it have PWA to be able to have the live chats at hand and receive notifications?

2. Whatsapp is in pipeline. But you can send the bot link to whatsapp which can be scanned thorugh QR and the bot will open in browser.
3. You can add API key for each bot.
4. Yes we have PWA, you will get notifications for live chats.
