At a time when some other LTDs have crahshed and burned, or pushed Appsumo tiers down to irrelevance in their roadmaps, I have to praise Orimon for continuing a rapid and useful development cadence, adding new capabilities, and providing me with polite and effective support. I now have an Orimon chatbot on my site answering prospective customer questions, collecting their email addresses, adding them to my email marketing software to trigger lead-magnet email sequences, and suggesting products to them. The training and administrative interface is fantastic, and it's a real class act. I'm very happy.

My experience with Orimon.ai has been a disaster and a clear poor investment. Although advertised on AppSumo as 100% GDPR compliant, it's important to know that AppSumo does not verify these claims. Orimon.ai is solely responsible for the accuracy of this information. The product consistently causes major browser errors, making it feel like a beta version. The management is unprofessional, continuously stalling, and seems only focused on monetization. The chatbot provided by Orimon.ai leads to severe delays in website load times. A so-called GDPR audit turned out to be inadequate and non-compliant, posing a huge risk for any company that values data protection. Despite my detailed error reports, I was ignored and eventually banned. I strongly advise against using Orimon.ai. The subpar performance and unprofessional support make this product completely unsuitable for business use.

As an advertising professional, I am always in search of tools that optimize my work and enhance the efficiency of my projects. Orimon has proven to be an excellent choice in this regard.

I started with Chatbase, which had proper responses, then I moved to Orimon which had more features and higher limits; however, responses were not as precise (which I consider is the most important feature)and at the end I decided to refund. Kept Chatbase.
Links in responses are better in Orimon, though. I miss that.
For Orimon be sure to use an email there’s no possibility you can loose access, because you cannot change it even through contacting support. This was the trigger for my refunding at the very end.

I rarely put bad reviews but fell like I should this time to help you from having the same troubles I had with this tool.

I used to use Chatbase that was working pretty well. No hassle, easy system.

Switched to Orimon through the present deal, loads of trouble ever since.
- bot responds in English whereas I set it to Frenhc language
- bot lacks accuracy in its answers (while using the same source as Chatbase)
- many times the support told me "it is ok now", while it wasn't
- usage quota attained only after the test phase!! Customers can't get anty answer from the bot ever since
- absolute silence from the support team ever since, been 5 days now.

Overall it's been 3 weeks of issues and time wasting before I leave this review. Been patient, I am now disappointed.

As often: high promise, low result. Don't recommend Orimon.
