The management is unprofessional, continuously stalling, and seems only focused on monetization. The chatbot provided by Orimon.ai leads to severe delays in website load times. A so-called GDPR audit turned out to be inadequate and non-compliant, posing a huge risk for any company that values data protection. Despite my detailed error reports, I was ignored and eventually banned. I strongly advise against using Orimon.ai. The subpar performance and unprofessional support make this product completely unsuitable for business use.
