Q: Customer Service

I reached out via e-mail to ask a few detailed questions however I have not heard back from anyone as of yet. When it comes to customer service what things do you have in place for people to reach out to you if they have problems? How responsive will you guys be? This concerns me when companies do not have something that allows you to reach them because that means if an issue arises will they even be around to help.

A: Hi. We try to be as quick as possible to respond. We have email support and also our Discord channel, but if it is needed, we'll schedule time to talk on the phone or have online meeting to sort the problems out. Customer support is our first priority! We will be available to solve customers' issues.
