This trend is growing as we find that YouTube videos are often not usable on platforms like NotebookLM Does your application transcribe the videos natively, or is your application reliant on a YouTube transcript made available by the creator and YouTube? When it comes to customer service what things do you have in place for people to reach out to you if they have problems? How responsive will you guys be? This concerns me when companies do not have something that allows you to reach them because that means if an issue arises will they even be around to help.
