I run a niche thought leadership content agency for CXOs, mostly using LinkedIn. I've been on the hunt for something like Oscr AI for ages, and custom GPTs didn't quite cut it.
Oscr is still a bit rough, but the foundations for a unique platform are definitely in place. The team is fantastic, have seen some of their videos on Youtube on AI and I think they are in a great spot to make this a real winner.
The tool produces excellent posts for LinkedIn (and other platforms). You can use the voices of prominent LinkedIn creators such as Jasmin Alic (and others) and the feature works perfectly.
You are also given the choice to quick edit outputs (shortening a post with AI etc) which work a treat. You can also modify it yourself.
The news scanning mode is fantastic and I managed to produce a quick post and with a little manual editing (needed for a personal touch or perspective) it only took about an hour or so, as opposed to 3-4 hours it would normally take to source ideas and quickly put something short together. This allows you to quickly respond to the news cycle and produce fresh posts that people interact with.
The credits seem to go a little fast and can be a challenge if you run an agency. With some rudamentary calculations I think tier three will realistically be enough for 25 monthly posts (roughly 100 credits for a couple of post versions and editing). For a single client needing 5 posts a week this should be cutting it a little close. Hopefully more options are presented for agencies in the future.
You can add manual sources as well and add additional instructions to make output more relevant and customized.
It is still missing some features for separating data sources, history logs etc which would be especially useful if you use the account for more than one clients. I've been informed that these are on the product roadmap so I'm very excited.
The team are clearly experts on AI and I'm sure the product will see many improvements with time. They are also exceptionally responsive - within an hour I got answers to my questions on AS.
I think this has all the hallmark signs of a clear winner, especially if they focus on a healthy MRR and don't get too distracted by chasing investors etc. The market is ready for Oscr AI.I'd be more than happy to work closely with the team and offer them feedback - if that interests them.
I strongly recommend anyone on the fence to go for tier 3, give it a go and if it isn't your cup of tea then just refund it.
