Q: I have purchased this but now I think that if I don't too many members, why shouldn't I opt for Free plan ...

that you have on your site https://www.oslash.com/pricing

1. What is different between free and paid plan except the users limitations?

2. What is Access controls, Custom SSO, Audit history &
Workspace shortcuts that is not available for free plan but available for us here in the lifetime plan?

3. If I join a free plan now, will I be able to use it free forever with whatever limitation we currently have or you may remove free users in future?

4. Suppose I created o/oslash for this page - https://appsumo.com/products/oslash/ But I also want to open this page with more shortcuts like o/slas or o/lash . Can I have multiple shortcuts for the same page so that I never have to search the correct one? If this feature is not there, please bring it in?

4. Do you have any plan to also introduce feature like Word Expander with Oslash so that we can replace tools like TypeDesk or SwiftReply with this? I think it's important to not only create shortcuts for URL but also for paragraphs, images, videos etc. Any such plans?

5. Do you have any public roadmap of upcoming features?

6. I don't see this currently works on mobile chrome browser or any other apps. When do you plan to release an app for this? Any ETA?

7. Any ETA for Windows App for this?

Thank you. Looking forward to understand if this one is a good investment.

Regards.

A: Hi Manav. Thanks ofr checking out OSlash.

1. Apart from allowing you to invite more users to the workspace, the paid plan allows you to enjoy public shortcuts and other gated features we'll be launching soon
2. Access controls allow you to choose who can view and access shortcuts
3. We would not use free users but there may be limitations on the features that you can access to
4. Yes you can create a duplicate shortcut in the future. This feature has been recently released. Also, you can use the OSlash launcher or o/ + space in the address bar to search for your shortcuts using keywords. That's much easier.
5. Yes. We have already rolled out OSlash Snippets (text expander) to multiple users
6. Here's the link to the roadmap: https://www.notion.so/getoslash/b4b595a08d9b4f6db73acd22a5940d6d?v=6b0f725feb09434ca3cf289419d57cfa
