Its a very simple concept and works like a charm, however i have been impressed with the developers continuous development and ways of creating the shortcuts further reduces the input required

Saves me hours of trying to find the bookmarks I frequently use, with the added convenience of being grouped into categories. O/ my goodness, this is a rare find here in Appsumo.

If you ever struggled with 50+ Chrome tabs open at any given time then you need OSlash. It's TypeDesk meets JotURL and more. Next time, instead of bookmarking a page, all you need to do is give it a shortcut that you will remember like: o/something_you _will_remember and your're set. OSlash will keep your shortcuts organized with tags, categories, in a sleek dashboard. It even keeps track of how many times you accessed each shortcut. Don't take my word for it though, try it out, because it's one of those tools that you will only love after you've used and wonder how you ever survived without.

oslash is it! Today the browser is the entrance to everything, so navigating and accessing all your relevant stuff from this central point is a great solution. By typing a short code you can reach all your stuff in nano seconds. Attention: Only use it, if you want to make your life more EASY and your work more PRODUCTIVE. Does exactly what it says, and does it well. It saves a lot of time and is better than searching through your existing bookmarks. o/ and tab makes searching in-line in the browser even better. Would love to see it as a standalone app so I can use it like a shortcut expander in all of my applications.

5 tacos are for products, the product is great, but the server is very unstable, there have been many cases where the shortcut link disappears and the downtime cannot be used, which interrupts my interest browsing and work, as a server-based service and efficiency product, please improve the stability of the server, in view of Therefore, please add offline and backup functions (frequent downtime cannot guarantee whether the link is lost)

I'm a dev and one of my (backburner) ideas was quite similar to this one. I tend to come up with more and more ideas to clean up my browser, links, etc. and since there was no better option I came up with something very similar to o/ but... they did it way better (see kids, that's what happens when you focus in on one idea)

Love the fact that it detects o/ links in other places. I first saw that within Asana and thought it was pretty awesome. The fact that there are easy to access shortcuts is pretty cool and the design is not to shabby. Tagging your links is a big one too, I have so many bookmarked "tools" that I visit once a year and I probably tend to google them because I can't find them in my links, this helps.

The feature I liked the most was o/ + TAB. That's just brilliant (because I didn't think of it for my tool?) - definitely the best way to find links.

This will be one of very few tools that I actually get to use that I got on Appsumo. Definitely worth the $

If any of the devs are reading it, API access would be tremendous for me to import my links, but if I'm the only one asking for API just ignore me. :)

Great app, never heard of such an app but works like a charm (fast and steady). Also a great customer support. I had a bug in Safari which they fix really fast, thanks for that.

Can't wait for the gdpr compliance cause I don't now how my data is processed at this moment (how about my browser history, passwords, creditcard data, is it all secured?)

Only thing is that I'm the only one in my team using this app. I have a lot of (private)links and I don't wan't to type o/my/... for my links which I use the most. It would be nice if there's an option that my shared links are like o/company/... so that my team members also can use this app without to type o/my/... for their (private)links.

I'm really looking forward how this app is developing!

I checked other solutions and Oslash beats them in functionality and experience.

I would really hope to have oslash also work in a way on the phone.

Also in the future, if O/ becomes bigger and expands to become a full-fledged launcher!

I work in a constantly interrupted environment (young kids around me at home), and any tool I can use to speed up my efficiency when at "work mode" on my business is a major, major plus in my book.

I use oslash to help me do that. I have several main sites I can quickly launch without having to go to "favorites" or search for other saas tool sites saved and now I just use the commands I've set with short extension names I can remember.

Time used wisely, productivity elevated... thanks oslash team!

Let me preface this by saying I'm a PC user, so I have zero experience with their Mac app.

So far I'm pretty happy with OSlash. I think the reduced functionality on PC is a bit of an inconvenience as I am currently relying on Typedesk for similar functionality.
What's great (really a double-edged sword...) about Typedesk is that from anywhere I can do /[command], wait a fraction of a second for my command to call a link and go.

However, with OSlash, I am reduced to using it purely in my browser. In some ways that's nice as I find Typedesk will sometimes interfere with my day-to-day, triggering commands when I do not want to. Overall OSlash is very snappy as it just points traffic to the link rather than call it and populate it in the URL bar, like Typedesk would. My issue or concern, and maybe this is less of one for Mac user (I have no idea), is that if I want to organize my shortcuts in collections, I am forced to use o/[collection name]/[command] which begins to get lengthy, the very thing I'm looking to avoid. It would be nicer if I could still group shortcuts for organizational purposes, but still call them with o/[command] instead.

I think for those who missed Typedesk, this isn't a direct counterpart, but it does at least improve your workflow in some areas.

I really loved the product, no doubt. It's really saving a lot of time in my workspace. Also no lag or delay in performance, hence a superb product!

But then why gave 4 tacos only?

So, there are a few points -
1. The price is not justified (for now), cause I can see even if I go with a free plan from their website, I will get almost all the features, except I can add 5 members only then instead of 10 (for tier 1). Which is perfect for personal use or a small team. The subdomain is available in the free plan too as I just checked and the custom collection is also there. So paying $59 only for more 5 members is not justified, according to me.
2. The SSO option is not working in my workspace, connected to customer support, they said they are working on it but even after 2 days it's still the same.
3. Not useful for my multiple teams as I saw. Because only one workspace you can have with the premium features and other all workspace will be in free plan.
4. One major problem I saw that I can create the same shortcuts in different workspaces. like in workspace 1, I created a shortcut o/s for youtube; in workspace 2 I can create the same shortcut, o/s for some other links, let's say Appsumo homepage. And now when I am typing o/s, it's opening youtube always not opening Appsumo homepage ever, even after switching the workspaces. Which is confusing. I think they should ban duplicate shortcuts globally, irrespective of workspaces, there should be an error msg whenever we tried to create the same shortcut in different workspaces.
5. The docs on the website are not updated and not able to find some information, like regarding custom collection or SSO.
6. Chat support wasn't instant or much helpful, got reply after a day also not much informative.

I hope there will be more feature updates in the future and yes, I'm waiting for the windows launcher.

This is my first time writing a review (even if I've bought a lot here).

This is a truly great app:
* powerful yet doesn't get in the way
* simple and intuitive
* actually saves time
* support responded in hours

-> you can do: "o/maps/any store or address" and it will provide you with the answer
-> you can create public link (for anybody!) with your domain

I've not yet used the shared shortcut list, because it's not my use case

I have to admit that I was drawn in by the super well made marketing site of this product and the quite intriguing concept. I have been absolutely blown away by how quickly this changed the way I browse my go-to sites.

Before o/ I relied heavily on the autocomplete of my webbrowser - typing in URLs i regularly visited or other keywords I memorized from the page titles, often times just guessing around for a short time before finding it.

I am usually not a bookmark person - I have some, but I rarely use them for some odd reason. I _know_ they are great but somehow I simply cannot leverage them for speeding up work. So I was really surprised how well o/ integrates both in my brain and my workflow.

Recently I have been starting to build a "Second Brain", an ecosystem of knowledge collection and accessing. This tool is a "neuron"-esque system - it is fast, connected and build around the human brain - storing information in aliases, connections and synonyms. I love that.

Pros:
- Integrates silky smooth into my web usage
- Something about the concept just works well in my brain
- UX is spot on - it seems to anticipate what I want to do at any point
- Exciting integrations (slack) that I currently evaluate with my team
- A new way to think of links and content in general
- Supports me building a "Second Brain" that is actually accessible
- So far no quirks or bugs I encountered
- Price is super fair

Cons
It sounds absurd but there really are no major ones. If I think hard enough:

-UI of the dashboard/settings panel could be a little bit more modern

Conclusion:
Give this a try if one of the following applies:

- You want to make your workflows more accessible
- You like to explore new ways of using everyday tools
- You often find yourself trying to remember that one URL ("SEO...thingy...thing...")
- You are notoriously bad at maintaining bookmarks and using them but see their value
- You often give everyday things or people own names to better memorize them

I have been facing the following issues and waiting for the team to get back to me with a resolution:
1. Unable to invite team members
2. o/my collection not working for my team members
3. Profile pictures showing/not showing randomly
4. support@oslash.com does not work. Receives a Mailer Daemon error!
5. Purchased three "Tier 3" codes for three different organizations. Redeemed one. Don't know how to redeem the remaining two after adding two additional workspaces.

Regarding the issues:
1. The team promised to look into "not being able to invite users". Sent a reminder message, and I was advised to read an article, the link to which is behind a security wall and I cannot access!
2. They said they are not aware of this issue and would look into it and get back to me -- Awaiting a resolution.
3. The team acknowledged that they have issues with profile pictures not showing up and are working on resolving it.
4. Awaiting a reply regarding the support email not working.
5. Awaiting a reply on this.

Improvements:
1. Get rid of "Magic Link", and allow a normal sign in (with SSO sign in being optional)
2. Move links from one collection to the other -- they said they are working on releasing this feature soon.
3. Ability to create sub-collections within collections
4. Lots of improvements the UI is needed. The UI isn't as polished as one would expect it to be.

The good part:
1. Incredibly useful (had it not been this buggy)
2. The launcher is a breeze to use
3. Novel concept which I want to be in love with (had it not been for the aforementioned bugs)

PS. Why four tacos if it's buggy and support very poor? Well, I want to give them the benefit of doubt assuming they are incredibly busy with the launch, etc. I do hope the team can get around and solve these issues and also provide great support.

I wish them the very best.

I'd give this more tacos if I could. This is really useful for me and there is no way a refund will ever be sought. You might have to kick me off at this point, but whatever you do, please continue to develop this. It's a home run in my opinion. Great job and congratulations on a fantastic and very useful product!

To be honest, at first I thought. Just another tool that does not much but I decided to give it a goal.

After watching some videos and starting exploring Oslash, I could see the power this tool has. I am going to be honest. I am in LOVE with this tool right now.

The tool is REALLY fast! I can create links AND FIND the links in seconds. I have already created links and divided them into category.

Finally, I will not waste hours trying to remember which link I need to go to a specific document. My team also can create documents that are shared among the company.

5 Tacos! Now let me go to oslash and create some shortcuts. I know that every single shortcut I create will save me hours in the future.

PLEASE keep developing the tool.

I love these apps that have a very clear and simple USP and execute it very well. In this regard, Oslash is one of them. They nailed the marketing right and took great care of demonstrating this on their website too which is very appreciable.

As said by others this is NOT a link shortener of any sort, no. This is an internal link bookmarking manager. It allows you to store, save and recall all the gazillion of links from hundreds of apps you use every day in your business but have to crawl endlessly in multiple apps and tabs for hours and fail to remember them, especially when you need them the most and want to share them internally or externally.

Here you can use the shortcut o/ everywhere in your browser (nav bar, any text field) and instantly get all your most crucial links that you can recall and share super fast.

The UX is great, you can easily manage the permission of each link (private, internal, public), and organize collections.

Use cases:
- organize and share internal links within your company (docs, sops, booking links, pm dashboards, share links with your staff, VAs, etc...)
- open web apps fast (write a new email, write a new post in your community, check your calendar)
- retrieve and share publicly the most recurring links instead of remembering them every time

The Mac app is really great too, you can access all your links everywhere outside the browser too.

It's the perfect combo with apps like Raycast, Alfred, Paletro, and Omni extension.
If you are a shortcut and productivity freak like me, this app is definitely made for you.

Pros:
- super intuitive UX, fulfills its purpose very very well.
- generous deal mapped to an existing plan (pro plan)
- can recall all your web app links in the browser (and outside of it but on the Mac app only now)

Cons:
- no mobile app yet
- only Mac desktop app (I guess windows will come too soon)
- stacking multiple separate workspaces under the same master account is not possible yet as part of this deal (for those who have multiple businesses they want to keep separate but managed under the same admin account, that would be a great plus IMHO).
- The shift + Cmd + U shortcut doesn't work on the Brave browser (minor and easy to fix I guess)

Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about Oslash, a clear winner and a no-brainer for me. And when you see the list of investors they have, I have no worries about their bright future.

This might be the coolest app ever. Documentation is good, and it's incredibly easy to create o/ links and use them. Words cannot describe how very delightful using o/ links is.

The Slack integration is a big plus, as is the mac app and the extensions for every browser.

Highly recommend! (My inner software nerd is jumping up and down and clapping right now.)

I love the idea of saving time BUT I think the price point could be lower to make it really attractive.
