Awesome app that's buggy with poor support

I have been facing the following issues and waiting for the team to get back to me with a resolution:
1. Unable to invite team members
2. o/my collection not working for my team members
3. Profile pictures showing/not showing randomly
4. support@oslash.com does not work. Receives a Mailer Daemon error!
5. Purchased three "Tier 3" codes for three different organizations. Redeemed one. Don't know how to redeem the remaining two after adding two additional workspaces.

Regarding the issues:
1. The team promised to look into "not being able to invite users". Sent a reminder message, and I was advised to read an article, the link to which is behind a security wall and I cannot access!
2. They said they are not aware of this issue and would look into it and get back to me -- Awaiting a resolution.
3. The team acknowledged that they have issues with profile pictures not showing up and are working on resolving it.
4. Awaiting a reply regarding the support email not working.
5. Awaiting a reply on this.

Improvements:
1. Get rid of "Magic Link", and allow a normal sign in (with SSO sign in being optional)
2. Move links from one collection to the other -- they said they are working on releasing this feature soon.
3. Ability to create sub-collections within collections
4. Lots of improvements the UI is needed. The UI isn't as polished as one would expect it to be.

The good part:
1. Incredibly useful (had it not been this buggy)
2. The launcher is a breeze to use
3. Novel concept which I want to be in love with (had it not been for the aforementioned bugs)

PS. Why four tacos if it's buggy and support very poor? Well, I want to give them the benefit of doubt assuming they are incredibly busy with the launch, etc. I do hope the team can get around and solve these issues and also provide great support.
