I really loved the product, no doubt. It's really saving a lot of time in my workspace. Also no lag or delay in performance, hence a superb product!

But then why gave 4 tacos only?

So, there are a few points -
1. The price is not justified (for now), cause I can see even if I go with a free plan from their website, I will get almost all the features, except I can add 5 members only then instead of 10 (for tier 1). Which is perfect for personal use or a small team. The subdomain is available in the free plan too as I just checked and the custom collection is also there. So paying $59 only for more 5 members is not justified, according to me.
2. The SSO option is not working in my workspace, connected to customer support, they said they are working on it but even after 2 days it's still the same.
3. Not useful for my multiple teams as I saw. Because only one workspace you can have with the premium features and other all workspace will be in free plan.
4. One major problem I saw that I can create the same shortcuts in different workspaces. like in workspace 1, I created a shortcut o/s for youtube; in workspace 2 I can create the same shortcut, o/s for some other links, let's say Appsumo homepage. And now when I am typing o/s, it's opening youtube always not opening Appsumo homepage ever, even after switching the workspaces. Which is confusing. I think they should ban duplicate shortcuts globally, irrespective of workspaces, there should be an error msg whenever we tried to create the same shortcut in different workspaces.
5. The docs on the website are not updated and not able to find some information, like regarding custom collection or SSO.
6. Chat support wasn't instant or much helpful, got reply after a day also not much informative.

I hope there will be more feature updates in the future and yes, I'm waiting for the windows launcher.
