The leads are added by you manually to the CRM. You have to create the records.

Also, in regards to 100 quotes per month, and in any month assuming that I receive 150 enquiries, I would only be able to quote on 100 and would have to wait until next month to quote the other 50 is this correct?
And do you plan to incorporate QR Code SMS Lead acquisition and messaging?

Yes, that is correct. If you want to send 150 quotes, but your plan only includes 100, then you will have to wait until the counter resets.
We do not have plans to add QR or SMS lead acquisition.
