Q: Hi, How do the leads and clients end up in Osmos CRM?

Is it done manually, via email, via a link, via QR Code?
And does this deal come with a Osmos ChatBot as you have on your site?

A: Hello,
The leads are added by you manually to the CRM. You have to create the records.

We do not offer ChatBots.

Q: Hi, looks like a great program.

My use case is for a contractor. I have the following questions:

1) I understand that V2 is on its way. I need to know, very clearly, if the upgrades in V2 will be included. I'd like to get the software but am unsure if I should wait ir buy it, now. I'd get it now if I'll be grandfathered into the new system. I'll wait if not.

2) Your website has changed and you no longer offer a business plan. With what current plan is this offer most closely associated?

3. Is there an ability to save notes in a customer file with this software?

4. Is there a way to get or send customer emails with this software? If not, is there an integration that allows it to happen?

5. If the customer pays through the app, will they be automatically given a receipt? If they made a partial payment, will they be given a re empty that reflects a balance after the payment was made?

6. Does the client have a file, such that pictures, invoices, documents, quotes, etc are kept in one place?

7. Does this software support form automation? It would be nice for dealing with insurance companies, large contractors, or repeat customers!

8. Does this software support online booking? If not, is there an integration for that?

9. We plan to use an answering service, and wondered if the seats could be increased to accommodate a few more people?

10. Are there any white label options available or coming with this deal?
