Not a Lifetime Deal Access
I was about to go back and see improvements made on this platform and voila received an email my account has been DELETED. Goodbye lifetime access.
Reached out to support, got a one liner response - am i using the account?
Responded - Sumolings buy lifetime deals and may not use them until such time they have a use case for it.
I would have understood their point if it was free like Bitrix or Hubspot but here in the deal was promised lifetime access. Was it written somewhere that lifetime access can be removed if you were inactive?
Restoration of lifetime access should have been automatic after sending an email so let’s see if they respond back with a positive attitude and i can change this review.

I do not know your intentions on posting this type of comment after we have explained to you why the account was DEACTIVATED, and not deleted. More so, posting 1 day after you made contact with us through our support chat and the issue was solved at the same moment.
Here is a snippet of what we told you on the 13th
"We explained that you have a lifetime deal with us AND that the reason your account was suspended is because of no usage. This is done automatically by our system for security purposes. This DOES NOT mean the account is deleted. Whenever you wants to use it again, you can reach out to us like you did and, in a matter of seconds, we remove the security lock.
Your account is active since last week when he requested it for the first time."
