I have a service to install cookie banners in Europe for the users' consent. I know from statistics that 90% of websites use an illegal banner that does not block these cookies until the user gives his consent.

I would like to have the ability to create a tool on my website where the customer can put his URL and detect if this happens. and also for cold leads.
