It's not worth it for the moment, no one responds either in chat or email. The tool does not work! When it worked this software did WONDERS! It was one of our favorites! This is the second "deal" from AppSumo that I have come across where it seems that the developers goal is to "take the money and run" .
This tool is dead. It doesn't load. Its been dead a while, I havent used it in months due to it being buggy. I loaded it up today and its still problematic both on Safari and Google Chrome. So disappointed, I really need something that fetches data on social media URL's and organizes it for presentation purposes. Anyone know of software that can do this without having direct access to the social media accounts, just the URL?
Is this tool worth it? I see so many complaints.
