I was curious if I should expect a reply or not? Do you respond to your emails and also to your chat feature on your website? Just let me know. I was considering purchasing this on AppSumo but if there's no support, then I won't feel comfortable making this purchase. Can you let me know and tell me how I can get answers to my questions?
