Profile swaps is a limitation so that people are not going to abuse the Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube APIs.
If you reach the maximum number or profiles, you can delete some of those profiles and re-add others. The number of swaps is the number of profiles you can delete and swap with other profiles.
