I have connect my facebook account and waited for 12 hours but nothing happens. Support seems to be online but not responding. I cannot even disconnect my facebook account now.
unpleasant surprise and Much smarter than me. I read the introduction and gave it a shot. The reasons I gave it 3 taco’s: 1. It bluntly tells you that u have to sign in through facebook to move forward. I didnt recall the FB requirement. I had planned to just use it for twitter. 2. I struggled trying to understand the differences and setting up a dashboard, group and campaign. 3. when i did get a twitter address in (not a profile, but an address), i couldn’t get it to give me any data. 4. even though i requested it to delete my account, i couldn’t find a way to disconnect my facebook account. now i have to there to ensure separation 5. i am not sure what information, if any they syphoned off my facebook account.
other than that, the other excellent reviews are probably because they are much smarter than me.
One of those tools you didn't know you needed but now is a must-have. Data-driven social by seeing what's performing well in your niche is a stress reliever. Plus easy to hand the task over to a VA and set them up for success. Wins all around.
I don't know what to say. The application has sections that don't appear to be working. And I've tried to contact support, but I'm not getting any response. Sad. The application looked very promising. But it's not for me at this stage.
