Q: I have attempted the SUPPORT button on the site, which is just a dead link and takes you nowhere.
I have attempted email and I have also sent a LINKEDIN DM to Gaurav Nagani....and I'm really not happy.

I have tried to use the 'support' button on the outboundly.ai site but it links to NO WHERE. It's just a DEAD LINK.
I am having trouble verifying my domains. I have 4 with 3 emails in each and I'm using namecheap.com for hosting so the explainer video shows EXACTLY what I need to do but its STILL NOT VERIFYING.
I have spoken with namecheap.com AT LENGTH and they've tried EVERYTHING. I spent WELL OVER 3 hrs chatting with them and STILL it's not working.
PLEASE COULD SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME ABOUT THIS AS I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE AND I WOULD LIKE TO START USING IT ASAP.

Lastly, regarding the issue you mentioned about a dead link, it appears to be functioning correctly on our end. It might be helpful to try accessing it with a different browser or checking if a Chrome extension is inadvertently blocking our chat widget. This does not indicate that the link is dead.
