I am disappointed with the Unified Inbox, as it's looking more like a chat box. Being an outreach tool, the Inbox must look like an email inbox with a nice text editor.

Here are some suggestions.

1. Make unified box look like an actual email inbox (not in chatting style).
2. Add WYSIWYG editor.
3. Give the option to insert pre-written email templates.
4. Give option to create automation.

Overall, this looks like a great tool with a neat and clean UI. I am going to test this tool for a week and see if it is a good fit for me or not.
