Outboundly.ai is a great tool! As I get into it, I am learning about more features that are really, really powerful. I am very glad I made this purchase!

That said, I admit there are some struggles here. It feels like this was released maybe a little early. There are some basic features that are not presently working BUT the support is speedy and effective at resolving issues.

Clearly, the team is working hard to improve an early product. I can't blame anyone for having a new product, though it is admittedly frustrating to keep running into roadblocks which seem like they should have been solved already. I even considered refunding from the struggles I was having, but remained patient and decided against it in the end.

The onboarding process was a huge challenge for me. There really isn't any (yet?) documentation on how to really get started and use the product as a whole. There are a few very short videos about individual features, but I had a hard time grasping how they all fit together. I really wish there were documentation or videos on how to create and run a campaign from start to finish. It's a complex process (because such a powerful tool!), but the downside is that it makes it hard to get started without better guidance.

I was also VERY confused with another product called Outboundly.app. This product is Outboundly.ai. This is another reason I nearly refunded. I thought I was purchasing a different product! The other OutBoundly has a ton of YouTube videos and I honestly thought this product was that one. The identical name causes a tremendous amount of confusion, and I guarantee I'm not the only one who made that mistake. When you have the exact same name as another similar product, and that other product has more YouTube videos than you, people will find the other product when they are trying to research yours. I was disappointed that I didn't find the features here that I saw in the YouTube videos (other product). I hope the founders will consider a rebranding (or MASSIVE SEO campaign) to avoid confusing your prospects.

At the end of the day, I am really happy I made this purchase, and even went back and upgraded my plan tier. Despite some early challenges, I am confident that the team will quickly solve the issues and move toward an exciting future.

There are more exciting features planned, and as hard as this team works, I know they will be coming out soon enough. VERY excited for the spintax feature!! That one is actually pretty rare among email tools (that I've evaluated), and I didn't even know you had it coming when I bought my LTD. That alone is a game changer.

Bottom line: I'm very happy with the purchase, and as long as support continues to be responsive and effective, I will very happily incorporate this tool into my toolbox.
