Quite a few bugs to fix
There's a lot that I like about the software when it comes to user experience and how easy it is to set up campaigns and connect your domain etc. However, after starting my first campaign I keep running into bug after bug:
1. The email verification tool doesn't actually work. I had a good 10% of email addresses that came back as undeliverable AFTER I had validated them via Outboundly. I ran the emails through Neoon, which picked up all of the invalid addresses without issues.
2. There's some major bugs when it comes to selecting one prospect and trying to perform an action on it. E.g. if you want to delete 1 prospect from your campaign (e.g. because the email was undeliverable), Outboundly just deletes ALL prospects from the campaign (even though the dialog says "Are you sure you want to delete 1 Prospecct"). And then you have to start from scratch...
3. Now the tool tells me that it can't continue running my campaign because my email provider does not support bulk email sending. But I know that it does because I have done it before....
Technical support takes about 16-24 hours. So, as it stands, I think it has potential, but needs quite a bit of work before it's actually usable.

If your provider doesn't support or disconnects accounts, our hands are tied. There have been many changes in the cold email segment in the last four months.
