Q: Can you respond to your helpdesk email please?
I've been locked out/tried to recover my account and the system is broken. Asking for a review on a product while not being able to access it isn't good form. :)

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately no such email has come through -- even in my junk email. Should I refund my purchase and buy again to create a new account? This is a bit troublesome as I still get you marketing emails. Please advise.
