Hello,
I have raised this issue since Dec 29th with support.
The chatapp in Textlink only shows the logs of SMS sent, however, the replies are not reflected nor there is any clue on whether the SMS was received at the other end. Im based in India.
Have tested several times and all instructions while installing were followed, Can you lookinto this with the seriousness this issue deserves and please avoid giving generic replies

Even I can't see replies from users in chat app. It shows only sent messages.
1) Make sure textlink is made as default SMS receiving on your android
2) Check by mistake you may have created 2 ids for registering in Textlink. Delete the one that may look like having the same email id but may have a space at the end (like [email protected]_
the second one was the error that had happened.
The issue is resolved now
