fperezQ: I bought this tool last year.
After using it for a few days I went ahead, and I stacked two additional codes. However, in the last few months I noticed that my AI Characters which are 50,000 characters, were not being reloaded. To put that in perspective 50,00 characters are around 8,300 words per month. For me that equals around 2-3 articles per month.
At first, I thought it was me that was just spending my quota on research and analysis. But it wasn't, I had to run a report to see how I was using my AI characters. To my surprise it wasn't me that was using the AI characters, it was because those AI characters were not being reloaded each month. I reached out to support and after a few days I got a response that they were going to update my quota. I said that this was not the first time this issue had happened. if they could at least make up for the last few months and add those additional characters. Their answer was that the characters could not carryover to the next month. Keep in mind that Outranking was the one not updating my quota each month. It wasn't until I ran a report that I knew that this was happening. I was surprised at their response.
I figured that after a few months I hadn't used the tool because the AI characters had not been reloaded. That I would start working on an article. To my surprise once I built my outline and went ahead requested a first draft, the system gave me an error message stating that I didn't have enough AI characters and if I wanted a first draft, I had to buy their package of one million AI characters.
My question for everyone is if I am the only one noticing this issue on the Outrank platform? Browing through the comments below there are more AppSumo users that are also experiencing this issue.
As I mentioned before, the platform is great, but they are really failing in their promise of what a Lifetime deal is supposed to be. Squeezing us for additional money for every update they release. Keep in mind I bought three codes; I can't imagine being able to do anything if I had only bought one code.
For the Outranking support who reads this summary is can I get my money back? I would rather spend the money on other similar tools who are keeping their promise of what a Lifetime deal is supposed to be.

I had same issue and following is my notes to outrankign support and their response:
MY NOTE TO OUTRANKING
We purchase tier 5 from appsumo. Based on this we should be getting 250k AI characters every month. However there is some issue and our AI characters are not refreshing. I see we consumer 167122 AI characters since Jan 2022 however now it says only 60012 remaining. Please check why our AI credits are not resetting to 250k every month.
This is very concerning and as we purchased this from appsumo on November 15, 2021, we ask Outranking team to fix this issue immediately and credit our account by 1,500,000 AI credits for all lost credits not given to us for past 6 months. infact i purchased in sep2021, so 8 months of 250k/month credits were missed, I expect 2,000,000 missed credits must be credited to my account.
This month in May 2022, only 18,686 AI credits were consumed. Why it says only 60,012 AI credits are remaining?
Please review and fix the issue. Remaining credits should be 231,314.

Hi, I have found some discrepancies with your account.
Also for the information, the monthly resets happen on the 17th of every month, as also mentioned in the screenshot above. you need to count the usage of the credit from the 17th of every month and not from the 1st of every month.

Hi Sapan , thank you for your time. I see you have fixed credit reporting as now I see credit consumed between 17th april to may 6 is matching with balance credit based on 250k monthly AI credit limit in the account.
Since we purchased 5 tier from appsumo back in sep 2021, there has been over 7 months of this credit misalignment and we ask you to compensate us by awarding AI credit to our account for those months which if worked properly would have allowed my team to generate more articles than we were able to do. I will leave it to you to properly award missing AI credits to our account based on over 7 months of credit miss outs.

Hi, the lifetime deal credits reset monthly, they don't roll over, so let's say if you don't use them they will not roll over they will simply reset as per the subscription date every month.
Also, as I accept there was a glitch with the account, I have added 250k more characters to your account.
