I've spent a fair amount of time on this product. It's not user friendly.

The product I purchased is nearly unusable. It wasn't laid out well, didn't have good UX, and I was never able to do more than run a basic SERP check. In additional, all their tutorials and how-to guides reference features not available without upgrading, so I can't even learn how to use the original features.
