At first I found Outranking.io overwhelming with all of its bells and whistles. But after watching a few youtube videos showing how to use its features I think it is a great product.

Powerful the Concepts Builder is.   After inputting title and meta info
you create a topic outline from the top 20 SERP results with a press of the button and you 
can have the Concepts Builder write unique content about each outline topic.

I think the Concepts Builder is probably its best feature.

Cons:
The AI feature (and particularly the Concepts Builder) is based on number of characters and is not unlimited.

Not as intuitive as Frase. You need to watch some youtube videos to learn how to use it.

The fonts in the content builder are often too small or too big in my opinion. Not as pleasant to look at as some other software platforms such as Frase.

Sometimes the Concepts builder is unable to locate content.
