I have some serious concerns regarding the transparency of your billing process and user experience.

Firstly, there is no clear record or breakdown of previous credit usage, which makes it difficult to understand how credits are being applied or spent over time. Then, unexpectedly, I noticed a random charge of approximately $1 applied to my account, which is the only charges with the breakdown.

Following this, I was prompted to make an additional credit card payment to access the platform’s functions. This approach feels restrictive and, frankly, uninviting, as it prevents users from exploring your service without being forced into unforeseen charges.

It would be far more user-friendly if a credit limit were set, allowing users to explore up to that limit before requesting additional payments for continued usage. This unexpected charge policy can create frustration and erode trust in the service.
