Q: Non-Transparent costs warning
my self, as a few others on here have commented. There is an issue with non-transparent costs on this system and should be a warning for others.
1. you run a report, with an estimated number of contacts (very top level)
2. The number of contacts is variable (understandable)
3. if the number of returned contacts is over your limit you get changed for it, without any warning or request to approve.
I've reached out to support several times and the response is lackluster at best. Do better Dana and Team. We've all paid good money for this system, feels like a rip-off now.
Add to this that there are two other software on here which are by the same company and same tool set, feels like something dodgey is a foot.

For example, users have a monthly allowance of 5,000 places for the Google Maps Scraper and 5,000 domains for the Emails & Contacts Scraper, commonly paired for lead enrichment.
Please note that other services—including Facebook Pages, Email Verification, Tripadvisor Reviews Scraper, and others—are billed separately according to standard pricing.
Lastly, the monthly credit under this lifetime deal does not carry over. If your usage exceeds the included credit within a billing cycle (30 days), the additional usage will be invoiced based on our standard rates.
Previously I used email verification, it deducted by ltd credit. why was all those functions removed? and being limited? There is issues with your transparency here.
