There is an issue with non-transparent costs on this system and should be a warning for others. 1. you run a report, with an estimated number of contacts (very top level) 2. The number of contacts is variable (understandable) 3. if the number of returned contacts is over your limit you get changed for it, without any warning or request to approve. I've reached out to support several times and the response is lackluster at best. Do better Dana and Team. We've all paid good money for this system, feels like a rip-off now.
