NOT INFINITE LEADS, I ONLY GOT $25 WORTH OF LEADS A MONTH????

There is only a rough estimate in advance of how many leads are generated per search query. Of course, you can limit the whole thing to a maximum limit, but I want all leads from a specific industry if possible. No matter what you search for, the lead data is very contaminated and often contains many car dealerships.
These factors resulted in us going over the limit of 5,000 and now having to pay $10. There is no warning or anything like that in advance. Very questionable approach.
Cannot recommend this scraping tool to anyone.
Absolutely non-transparent when it comes to billing. Truly one of the worse App Sumo deals I've ever purchased.

I'm not sure what you're responding to on my other review Dana, but I don't have the Google Maps scraper, nor did I mention that, however, based on my experience with your company I'd strongly advise folks to steer clear of that product as well... I have the Google Search Results scraper. It is STILL broken four weeks later & returning garbage data (THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF BLANK LINES PER TASK) and your company is fraudulently trying to charge for it. I have REPEATEDLY emailed and reached out thru your website live chat help. I know your team has seen the messages because it tells me when someone else joins the chat and has seen my message but they haven't bothered even responding since 8/2. (Hi Allen, why won't you respond?).

This service WAS absolutely amazing, but something has happened in the past couple of weeks where it is now adding rows and rows of null data per google search (and then charging for it!). I loved this service so much that I signed up for multiple accounts via this appsumo deal (five!), but now with this non-existent "data" added to each search, my task cost has increased 20X. What used to be a $2 task is now suddenly $40 - completely identical list of search parameters and roughly the same actual number of page links returned per task (sometimes even less). When this issue started, I had several tasks queued up on two of my five accounts, so it ran up large invoices over the recurring $30/month credits (even though they should have easily fallen well within the $30 monthly credit window if billed correctly). I immediately stopped using the service and contacted them to let them know something was wrong. After initially saying they'd "look into it", they haven't yet addressed the issue (to my knowledge) or cancelled my invoices caused by their issue, and worse, have now completely stopped even responding to their support chat window and are also not responding to emails sent to their support address. I do hope they fix it, but as of now, sadly, this service is completely unusable.

Outscraper is such a great software. IT JUST WORKS. So many scraping tools require you to have your own proxies, own configs, etc. blah blah blah. I just select what I need from Outscraper, and it's done. No nonsense. It's just a simple product that does EXACTLY what it's advertised to do. Well done!!
