Want to Love it, but not yet!
Ok have kicked the tyres and takne this for a test spin.
Some observations:
- Confusing interface with minimal pop-up hover over help propmpts.
- Looking at previous buy and sell prompts that contradict where the closing share price or trend went, so prediction not great (multiple stocks show this).
- If you go to sign in with google account, google deny access and flag that the developer has not been approved.
- Minimal education resources that are located on the site, at hand to ease user adoption.
I love the concept and note that the developers are tweaking a new prediction algo, but until there are supporting resources that hold peoples hand, then how will we know how to use the undoubtedly powerful features it has?
I also recorded a screenshot and asked some questions about what I was looking at and sent the request to support - radio silence no response (I know small team, but are they so involved in their own investing that they don't have time to support?)
I love the concept, I love the fact that the creators have a passion and the skills to create this product, what concerns me is that it has been in development for so long and to me, does not have some obvious wrinkles ironed out yet?
To use a product to base investment choices on you have to remove red flags for users to build trust in the data insights, there is still a lot of work to be done.
I will not be refunding yet, but will monitor closely over the refund period and then decide, hopefully the creators can resolve some of my observations.

May 9, 2024Let me start addressing from your note on not getting response from us. We have not received your questions until today ...which I answered in a very acceptable timeframe. We are on top of all Q&A, support tickets and do our best to answer all of them on timely manner . This one I strongly disagree ...let me try to answer your other concerns
If you are signing from Appsumo then you cannot login your google account. You have to login using email/password that you set up ...We have ton of people signed up using their google account ( which signed up outside of Appsumo ) . Again, not sure what exact issue you faced but feel free to email us and I will have it looked
I saw your question( in Q& A) and frustration around us not covering all of the stocks which I answered and provided my reasoning .... I am happy to provide a demo on how to correctly look our data to get best possible outcomes ...yes there are gaps in our signals in some cases but our win/loss ratio is great + there are ways to validate when a signal comes using our other data in conjunction ...Happy to provide a demo on that as well
I agree with gaps on education/documentation which we will be working toward after our next update as there are some UI/UX upgrades in work right now along with algorithm updates
Have you joined our discord group? We have a growing community of traders and we have another level of support there, you can join the trading room as well. The instructions to join the channel should have been sent to you when you activated your account
You mentioned that it took us lot of time to develop. Yes, Mark & I started R&D on it many years ago when we were running another company together ( B2B trading platform for hedge funds which we have successfully exited ) . In early years our focus was very very narrow and was only limited to indexes & sectors. Only couple of years ago we started getting into in-depth research on stocks & ETFs.
We do have experience in building product in this domain so I can guarantee you that this is not some time series model that is running on price data that is giving you predictions or Macd crossover that is generating signals. We are building something very very solid that is going to work and evolve with changing market conditions. I want to say that it is definitely not an easy endeavor to build something of this scale ...where we have also fully automated end to end architecture + it is bootstrapped
