However, I noticed that lots of Sumolings are questioning your deal limits and requesting the limits to be revised to reflect those on your website. However, what I see is some "templated" replies! That's worrying, to say the least. Are you using an AI bot for your replies?
As for the limits, increase limits for all plans. Match the highest tier to the Business Plan on your website. I guess you haven't done your audience research before launching on AppSumo. Most Sumolings are agency owners, and you apparently seem to be ignoring them completely!
Also, after signing up noticed that your codebase is the same as Yepic's. Is Yepic AI the parent company?
Any plans to include workspaces for agencies? Any plans to improve speeds (current speeds are terrible)? Any plans to improve the UI/UX which is also terrible? API access included?

Firstly, we would like to clarify, as we previously mentioned, that Oxolo and Yepic are two separate entities and have no direct association with each other. I'm unfamiliar with their codebase, so I can't make any comparisons of their codebase and ours.
We appreciate all the suggestions you pointed out (increasing limits, improving speed and UX, and granting API access) and we will definitely take them into consideration for offering more attractive deals to Sumo-lings and improving our product.
