Q: Looks like I can buy Tier 2!
I just got a free account to find out how far advance the software was and I like it. However, I don't notice how multiple users can access the site. Is this in the works? I have two clients currently and they are two different brands. I'd like to have them be able to access their videos to upload photos. (The photos from the url was insufficient so they have to be done manually and it would be too time consuming for them to send photos of products to me. I'd prefer they upload themselves.)

Regarding your request for multiple users to access different videos, unfortunately this feature isn't available on the platform at the moment. We do understand the importance of having this type of team or collaboration feature and we're actively exploring various options to make it a reality. However, due to the technical complexity involved, it's more of a mid-term rather than short-term possibility.
I know this isn't an immediate solution for your current needs, but please know that it's definitely on our radar and you can keep an eye on announcements and our public roadmap to see when it goes into development.
