I purchased Oxolo to assist my wife with the hiring aspect of her events business. Initially, it is user-friendly and efficient, providing 80-90% completion in its full AI mode. However, it falls short in the remaining 10-20%, making it feel restricted and potentially unusable.

Currently, Oxolo has a few limitations:
- The inability to have pre-defined profiles for managing multiple brands. For example, having preset targeted demographics, brand colour profiles, pre-selected fonts, and music would save time instead of having to do it every time. My wife and I have our own brands, styles and demographics, and it would be helpful to switch between them with ease instead of manually doing it each time.
- We have our own background music, and currently, Oxolo does not allow us to add it.
- The AppSumo Oxolo deal advertised lifetime access to the Basic plan with 16 actors, yet it advertises to upgrade to get access to 16 actors while editing a video.
- As a Google Workspace user you can use Google Login, when I created the account I just used email/password to create an account but I am no longer able to use Google Login and have to manually log in each time. It's not a big thing but something that can be easily fixed.
- The biggest issue is the 3rd/highest tier at the time of writing. While I believe Oxolo has immense potential in the future, it doesn't make sense to have such limited features at the top tier. Typically, AppSumo plans allow access to higher tiers as you spend more. However, in this case, the only perk you get is the ability to create more videos, with no option to upgrade to the business tier. Personally, I would be willing to spend more for a higher tier if it meant I could access the business plan and create longer, more polished videos.

In short, Oxolo is a great and simple-to-use product with a lot of potential. As a business owner that also manages multiple brands Oxolo does feel limited by its current feature set and inability to upgrade to a higher-tier plan. Hopefully, the developers will see this and take some feedback onboard and if they like I am happy to have a chat via email video meeting so they can ask questions for feedback to further refine their product.
