Q: Cant install as it is detected as a virus.

I understand from the answers that its a wrong detection but I can not get it to download and install on the PC. Any suggested workaround?
Also, no credential creation upon activation. How do I get about using it?

A: We appreciate your understanding. We have reported this to the vendor, but most of the time they don't respond, or occasionally they remove the detection without warning.

Antivirus software can be turned off until the download and installation are complete.

When you purchase a VPN package from the website or redeem a license from AppSumo, we do send you the credentials. If you did not receive them, please contact our support live chat and our staff will assist you.

Hi Jason. The issue has been resolved by the Oyster VPN team and I really appreciate that they were able to do it in a single day during the holiday season. Was some issue regarding sending email to my gmail address.
