Q: Location don't change?

Read one of your reviews and it seems that location doesn't change when using your VPN, and you have yet to reply either. Is that true?

A: Hi there,

That isn't how it operates. We would receive thousands of messages in this regard if the location problem persisted. When a customer contacts us via email or chat, our technical team promptly resolves their concerns because VPN is all about location and privacy. Each user has a different problem, sometimes it's network troubles, sometimes it's restrictions in their area.
